A: No, we won't lend more than $500 to anybody.
Q: What rate do you charge on payday loans?
A: The legal maximum is 20% but we charge only 15%.

A: Your payment will be scheduled to come out via ACH automatically. You don't have to do anything.
Q: I changed my mind, I don't want a loan anymore.
A: If it has been 72 hours or less then just return the funds and we'll cancel your loan, no questions asked.
